Because my Carpal Tunnel Syndrome has also affected my ability to play my guitar and my clarinet and because our grand-daughter has just started at sixth form college studying Music and Music Technology, I am dabbling in computer generated music.
I am composing/arranging using a program called Harmony Assistant and mixing the resulting tracks using the Digital Audio Workstation called REAPER. It’s a steep learning curve but I’m getting there. Currently I’m arranging some of J.S.Bach’s works as jazz pieces. This was inspired by the amazing playing of the Jacques Loussier Trio.
